Overview
I bought a used one on Facebook Market place. This is an expensive oven, but it has a lot of great features I use for making bread.
I want to use it more for the sousvide function for steaks, at present I am using it mostly for making yogurt.
It has a steam feature which is great for bread makers.
It uses an app now, which is a new item and it costs $9.99 a year.
The controls the oven. They have many recipes you can search and click start and it cooks and makes adjustments based on the recipe.
The oven comes with a metal tray, a perferated tray and 2 wire racks.
There is a newer model, so this one will be harder to find.
